General
I Sell My Property is an Australian real estate platform that allows property owners to list their properties for sale or rent directly, without needing a traditional real estate agent. We also provide tools for licensed agents and a comprehensive search experience for buyers and renters across all states and territories.
We cover all of Australia, including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.
No. Property owners can list their own properties directly on the platform. You simply need to verify your identity via email and phone number. Licensed agents can also use the platform with additional CRM and bulk-listing features.
All sale listings remain active until you choose to remove them. There is no automatic expiry. Rental listings run for the duration of your rental package. When your property is sold or leased, you are responsible for removing the listing.
Your listing goes live immediately after submission! Once you complete the listing wizard and submit, your property is published on the platform and partner sites right away. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing content.
Selling
Choose a sale package, complete our 10-step listing wizard with your property details, photos, and pricing, then proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your listing goes live immediately on the platform and partner sites including realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.
We offer four sale packages: Essential ($189), Basic ($449), Ultimate ($899), and Premium ($1,899). All packages include listings on our platform with social media exposure. Higher tiers include extras such as professional photography, floor plans, for sale boards, social media campaigns, and dedicated premium support.
Yes. We offer a range of optional add-ons including extra photoshoots ($499), drone photography ($250), 3D virtual tours ($249), professional copywriting ($79), floor plans (from $99), social media campaigns ($199), and more. Add-ons can be selected during checkout.
When your property is sold, you will receive a notification from our system. You are then responsible for removing the listing from the platform. We do not automatically remove listings.
Yes, all packages include unlimited listing edits. You can update photos, descriptions, pricing, and other details at any time through your dashboard.
Renting
Yes. We offer dedicated rental listing packages designed for landlords and property managers. The listing process follows the same 10-step form, tailored for rental properties.
We offer two rental packages: Basic ($99) and Featured ($149). Both include listings on our platform, realestate.com.au, and domain.com.au. The Featured tier adds extras like a featured badge, automatic bumps, tenancy checks, suburb performance reports, and priority support.
The Featured rental package includes a tenancy agreement form template. The Basic package offers this as an optional add-on. Both packages include a bond registration form. We recommend having agreements reviewed by a legal professional.
Yes. Renters have access to comprehensive search filters including property type, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, availability date, furnished status, pet-friendliness, and affordable housing options.
If your listing shows no updates or enquiry activity for 6 to 8 weeks, we will send you a notification with helpful information including similar properties recently leased in your area, tips to improve your listing, and suggestions to adjust your pricing to attract more interest.
Packages & Pricing
Each package purchase covers one (1) property listing. If you want to list multiple properties, you will need to purchase a separate package for each property.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card via PayPal.
If your listing has not yet been published, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once a listing is live, refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances. Professional services already delivered (photography, copywriting, etc.) are non-refundable. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Yes, all prices displayed on our platform are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time by paying the difference between your current package and the desired tier. Contact our support team to arrange an upgrade.
Account & Security
Click the Sign Up button and provide your name, email address, and phone number. You will need to verify both your email and phone number to activate your account.
Yes. Property owners have the option to hide their phone number from public view. Enquiries will still be delivered via email and the platform's messaging system.
Yes, we take data security seriously. We use SSL/TLS encryption, secure database practices with Row Level Security, and process payments through PayPal's secure infrastructure. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Any active listings will be removed and fees already paid are non-refundable. We will retain your data only as required by Australian law.
